I would if people had ideas or suggestions, but scripts are a lot easier to make for MyBB based forums. This forum's post structure is weird.

Well, as far as I see it they haven't really banned people who made user scripts for the sole purpose of improving a user experience unlike how Omni who just banned it overall.
