Haha. Try to explore your app settings sometimes. :p
Btw, If you have MAL, Kitsu or AniList acc (Sites that track Anime and Manga list). Just go to Settings > Tracking > Choose which site (e.g MAL, Kitsu or AniList) then login.
Once you've done that. You'll notice there is a Tracking tab next to Chapters tab.
