Bought few scripts of a content creator called "Diablos" and today I provide you his script called "Newspaper System" (or "Paperboy System"). Removed everything which tracks us in the code!

"The Perfect Newspaper System allows you to make your publicity, propose it and a paperboy can throw some newspapers everywhere with your publicity. It can expands your industry and people can be aware of the activities around the city.
Features:

• This is a new way of seeing the /advert function, or to honor theoldpaperboy system in the United States. The addon is fully configurable: you can choose the jobs which can purpose the publicity, if the name of the proposer will be shown on the publicity, or you can changethe default tricycle vehicle.
  
• A newspaper traffic which is totally free: the person who will purpose his publicity can choose his pub text, the price per newspaper thrown, the amount of newspapers to throw, and, if he wants, the paperboy who will be able to do this if he has a preference!"
