Best top lane?

Every fighter/split pusher should work right now: Irelia, Fiora, Camille. They're all pretty viable. However, if you want to counter most of them, just use Singed. It's so great atm x) Can counter the best toplaners, split pushes and itr's a great frontliner in teamfights.
