Separete Pinned topics for IPS 4.2 & Custom Staff List

Hellow, I would be thankfull if someone can give me a plugin of 'Sperate pinned topics' for IPS 4.2 & a Custom code/plugin for staff list showing their Group icons "PM" button ,Reputation & Avatar! a literally modern & custom layout

I am asking for much stuffs excuse me , but I really need that if you don't mind a full explanation if anyone willing to help me out.
