Today I give up smoking

So this is it guys, the day has finally arrived where I try and give up smoking (cigarettes)

I went out today and got a e-cigarette and the liquid and am going to give it a good go.

I am a rather heavy smoker. at least 30 a day minimum and with my health it's really not a good idea and it costs a bomb.

so this is my journey thread and this is day one :D

2 weeks today and smoke free :D
