Russia set to test super nuke Satan-2 missile capable of wiping out Britain

How is this a clear threat? Even with the start of the cold war there wasn't a giant threat of nuclear attack. It took Cuba to nearly start a nuclear war.
It's not luke Putin suddenly made a powerful bomb straight after the recent events lol. Russia have had the most powerful nuclear weapons in history.
