Girl problem. How do I approach this?

Well I mean, from my point of view, it seems like she is interested in you, she likes you. If you're only looking for a good fuck & duck, she probably isn't the right person because she denied you from her pants meaning she wasn't ready for that point yet. But if you're looking for a good, loyal relationship, she would probably be the one because it seems like she wants to take it slow.

And if you really do like her that much, and you do want to be with her that much, you wouldn't mind taking things slow with her.
