A a popular dish and cooking process in Philippine cuisine that involves meat, seafood, or vegetables marinated in vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and black peppercorns, which is browned in oil, and simmered in the marinade.
Not trying to overexaggerate, but it's a little bit of heaven on earth for me lol, tons of ways and flavours in cooking this dish, I like mine salty.
