Will BTC ever come back up?

It will be back.

For nearly a decade, concurrency (specifically bitcoin) have been an existing thing and have always been fluctuating in the realm of currency. Sure, they may never have gone up to the extent that they were previously at ($20,000), but they almost certainly continue to drop, rise, drop, rise etc. It will be back - no question.
