It will definitelyban aimbots/bhop etc. that you can see on a demo but what about visuals(WH)?
If they don't improve VAC itself cheaters will always be in the game because vac-net is just bot that review demos. What they should do is improve VAC to check if anybody isn't hooking their func or calling their func from somewhere else than a game, it would be an easy solution and will ban most of the cheaters.
