Denied Warn people who falsely mark a leak as not working.

1. No one actually abuses the system. Maybe the accounts don't work for them because they're using the wrong region or w/e.
Try to get people to vote it as working?
2. Again, not the staffs job to filter out leaks, we already do much more than most forums.
3. An automatic system that closes a thread could be abused so easily.
4. Just report the threads with dead links and staff will close it so it can't be unlocked.
5. Why are you crying over 8 credits. The primary purpose of our forum isn't leaks and we won't make it like that either. Post around and you'll get your shit back in 5 minutes.
