How many of you use dual monitor setups

There's too many shelves on my desk for me to have dual monitors but if I figured out some way to have them I would.
I think I'd find it useful for when I'm gaming in fullscreen and someone messages me. Or for people who are streaming and they want to read their twitch chat.
