Tips on creating a GMod DarkRP Server?

What I wanted to do is create a different experience with no strict rules and a lot of more build possibilities than most servers have. I also advise you to put off the emphasis on raiding and money printing. Make other activities like running businesses more interesting, make government jobs fun and make sure all players are equal and that there are no restricted jobs for donator people.
