Honestly, I don't see anything wrong with this feature. When I was prime / not upgraded I never saw a problem and I honestly don't know if there was a limit there.

It's not like you're gonna unlock everything and leak it somewhere else, because the amount you can unlock is limited to how many credits you are able to get. And either you need to make thousands of posts / threads (and by then you're already probably committed enough to this site to want to leak everything), or you are gonna try and spam. Which will get auto detected, or you'll get banned by one of the staff members.

I never think that certain features should be limited to certain ranks. If you're prime / new you should have many basic abilities, while other trivial things can be limited (userbar color, username color, no credits to unlock). But limiting the amount of unlocks in a day is kind of silly.

It's to prevent leechers from going on shopping sprees. There is no reason a random leecher who just found this site and was posting everywhere for 15 posts and he happened to post and win prime in a giveaway and then wins the raffle. He now has everything he came here for and once again, wrong subforum.
