that's what the user suggest, how could rising the the ability to unlock from 3 to 5 (for primes) help'em to leech?
it's the opposite, it will make the users bord and they might even leave the community, as long as they didn't get anything from being upgraded and there is no diffrence between a leecher and him, a leecher with a non-upgraded account have the same abilities as you... pretty sad

I don't know about you guys but I didn't pay for features I paid to support the community, if a leecher wants to leave the community (I wouldn't consider leechers apart of the community) that just benefits nulled.
