Dude it won't take away the credit limit what are you talking about?

"If he wins prime in a giveaway then he can go on a shopping spree". No. He is still limited because he will only have 15 credits to "shop", which will give him one unlock unless he spams more. Which would be picked up by staff.

Unlocks for things like databases, nulled programs, and combolists could all be down / useless. Not only did you waste 8 credits for unlocking it, you have also used one of your only unlocks for the day.
