I have hypohidrosis, which means 95% of the time my hands and feet are sweaty and from what I've read online, I'll suffer from this for the rest of my life with no means of getting rid of it. Essentially, I feel bad about myself and really anxious about physical contact with other people. One of the many ways this affects my life is when I go to school, I say hello to my friends and other people and shake hands, which is extremely uncomfortable for them and for me, knowing that they feel my sweat and it's uncomfortable. Some people have made remarks about this, whereas some haven't had the courage to say anything, but I know they have all realized. i'm not sure where i'm going with this post, but to everybody suffering from social anxiety, just know that it's all in your head and as long as you know that and rise above that, you will prevail.
Well, truth is, I can't help much as we both know thatit's likely you're going to live with it. But I can say one thing to you, I'm gonna pick one thing you said and I will give you an example I've came across a few months ago. "just know that it's all in your head". That's the thing you need to focus on when dealing with that problem buddy. I've only met 1 person before with that same problem , and it was a few months ago. Just know that he was super chill with it, and he was even making fun of his own problem! No one was taking it too seriously, or judging him because that's the way he was, so people just have to accept it! Like you've said, it's all in your head, and after you actually accept who you are, things will get easier for you.
