There's no way to do this with personal accounts unfortunately, but I suspect it can probably be done using a business account.

(Or, you could legally change your name, submit the photocopies/documentation to Paypal, then change your name back...lol)

I'm not sure about that... you don't see the full name off the bat, but I'm pretty sure the sender still sees it afterwards.
