Bitcoin scam or easy money?

Seems like a scam. They'd turn $25 to $250 then you'll think "oh shit this is legit" and then you'd think "If I give him $1000 I wonder how much he can flip it to." Then after you sent it you won't see him again. Seen this type of scam done in many places.
