Don't use this TTT Sprint addon

If your server is using the workshop TTT Sprint addon then you need to uninstall it right now. It's poorly coded and a cheater could easily modify their sprint speed by using code similar to

 net.SendToServer()

I'd recommend replacing it with wyozitttadv (I can only remember folder name right now)
