Who needs a VPN these days? lol. How about getting a better network, and maybe public/private ip's from your isp. Also, I have aid ddos protection from them, along with my network is fully supported by cisco and I would dare someone to attack me.
I wrote a system/script in which when my network is flooded by an IP (Not a proxy (Still working on it)), you'll get hit back with the packages you sent over my Gbps network
