What do you guys think about BO4 including a battle royale mode?

BO4 in general just seems like they put almost no work into it because it looks like a reskin of BO3. BO4 coming out as a battle royale game is just the developers having false hope that this will bring back their playerbase that was once dedicated to the game, but to me this is just speeding up the almost inevitable end of the good game COD used to be
