The only way to root this would be to unlock your bootloader, flash TWRP, and flash Magisk Root. You could root Android 7 oreo if it has an Android Security patch before December 5, 2016 (dirtycow root). Dirtycow root is a manual root method and isn't included in any 1-click root APKs. Android 5 Lollipop and 4.x are easily rootable.
