Ideology Wrote: Um.... no. They banned them within the 1980's-1990's. Most of the wars that occurred during WWI and WWII were used with guns. Literally, the Nanking Massacre happened with GUNS. Tens of thousands of Chinese citizens were murdered by the Japanese with guns and swords. This is MODERN history.
My bad. Either way though, they banned them early, like Australia and the UK, where as America hasn't enforced any gun laws whatsoever. That's why countries like them rarely have any homicides and mass shootings.
