Me personally, I'm trans - I see myself as a female. I understand that I won't be fully, biologically female, but I'd prefer to be as close and as comfortable doing so. Is it that much of an issue to what people define themselves as?

What if people called you a he even though you prefer to be called a she? What would you say? Would you say anything at all?
What if you told people that you identify as a female, but they still insist on calling you a he?

Also to be on topic, two sexes, female and male. These are biological and CANNOT be changed.
Made up genders how many as you want, as long as you don't push your whatever gender on others.
