Why 15 post ?

Well, it's not only waiting till 15 posts but you need 8 credits for each leak you want. So, if you want to spam go ahead just know you'd get banned. But, it's all mostly to prevent leechers even though it doesn't prevent leechers it just makes leecher spam every section outside of the leak section with nonsense.
