Good VPN's

I don't exactly have the best knowledge about this topic but I use UltraSurf from the chrome web store. Not sure if it's a VPN or Proxy, but I do know that it works. This will only protect you from ip logging links and any websites that may want to find your ip. This wont really protect your ip in general.
