PC What's your current pc specs?

I have a potato Pentium 4, 2 gigs of RAM and a 160GB HDD.

"Best" is rather subjective i guess since one might favor another setup over the one given and many factors have to be taken into consideration. Also, what do you mean by "all games"?

Different games have different settings and optimizations.
What monitor do you have?

Depending on how much you have go with 16 gigs of RAM (faster RAM if you go Ryzen), an SSD and it seems the consensus is 1060. Do note however RAM is freaking expensive and the GPU prices arent that great either for how old it is (and its entire architecture).
