Will BTC ever come back up?

I think Bitcoin is a trick for people to wastetheir money on it. There is no guarantee you get rich from it. The hackers created it for only one purpose ( no one catch them by trading it) via Dark Web.

I rather to give the money to poor people, it's better than give it to the bad guys.
