Best "Superhero" movies ever made? , for me Logan.

I just saw Logan the other night. It was a good watch. It's up there as far as super hero movies go but I must Avatar was the bomb! Undoubtedly one of my favorite movies. A lot was being told in the movie. I would have to include Matrix in the top category too. Love sci fi movies. Black Panther was good but not sure if I can say it was one of my favorites. May have to see it again and think about it but it was definitely enjoyable. I just didn't feel like the Black Panther was a super hero. Maybe this was supposed to be the story of before he was a super hero. Any way, story telling is king. Effects don't do it for me alone. I'm more interested in what is actually happening.
