Denied Change 420 to Vices.

Would be nice if you were to change the 420 section name into Vices since that's overall better. You're limiting people from posting a different topic about drugs by naming it 420 and if someone were to post about a different drug like LSD that thread would get reported since it's technically not in the "right" section. Something simple but I'm sure it'll be better in the long run.
