Has Mel Gibson been forgiven yet?

The reason I ask this question is because I miss him being in movies, he is an amazing actor. But has Mel been forgiven by enough to people to be a box office draw, or would any movie he stars in be boycotted?

Look, I'm not Catholic or Jewish, or anything else. I'm agnostic, so to be honest I laughed at the whole drunk Mel incident because I think it's assinine and laughable to fight about religion, and that goes for anyone. But it doesn't offend me. And I want Mel back in some movies.
