CSGO Worth it?

i think that CS:GO started to lose its initial hype.. i think that who are still playing CS:GO are the ones who started playing it since 2005 or so.. there isnt so much freshness in the game. iknow that it can be highly addictive, only if you play with your freinds.
long story short.. if you're going to play with your freinds who are maybe old CS players then yes it's worth it.. else.. i don't think so..
