Are Zoro and Guts twins?

Why are they so much alike? They're great and overhuman swordsman, they both have demons and a non functional eye, what the fuck. But I do know Guts has a prosthetic arm or something like that, yet they still seem so identical with their looks and their attitude/mindset.
