Something happened to one of my friends recently and I'm both sad and angry to the point I just wantto hit a wall and cry on the floor after hitting that wall. But I really don't see that as something necessary, does anyone has any advice for me? I hate feeling like this and faking my happy-go-lucky personality around people gets harder and harder every second when I feel like this but I can't get it out of my head or distract from it easily.
