So I've recently had some trouble with a laptop that I have that it's constantly warming up, now I've been thinking and sleeping and thinking and came to the conclusion that there could be done one thing maybe to solve it.It's warming up after being up for a hour or so and I would like to know and I'm certainly curious if this problem is going to be fixed by doing:

So what would happen when you put a fin next to the place where the warm heat comes out from the laptop, would it send cool air through the whole laptop or would it send the warm heat in the laptop maybe destroying it or something, This may sound really stupid because I've also had some struggles making this post but you never know.

So what would happen, I'm really planning on doing this but to be sure that it's not going to end up in my computer exploding or going crazy wonkers.

Don't put a fan in front of the vent from where hot air comes out. It will push the warm air back in laptop and may damage the CPU.

If its getting heated up, first thing is to cleanup the dust accumulated in the laptop so that cool air comes in and keeps laptop cool.

Next thing you can do is try to replace the fan if its not working properly.

Thanks, I guess I'll have to clean it out from inside because it must of have a lot of dust

I'll try and do the replacing fan soon, I'm currently in financial shit so I'm not really able to afford a new fan at all!
