Swain is also a champ that, while not an ADC, can go bot lane as the damage carry. He's been doing very well in that role too, due to his passive and the sustain he gets from it. From what I remember, Riot only nerfed his ultimate damage and didn't touch the sustain or passive, so, you could try him out.
