I need a Windows key?

So, tomorrow I'm going to build my computer but don't have an Operating System..

I keep seeing people who are selling Windows 7/8/10 keys.. I'm wanting Windows 10.

Is there a way of Installing the files for Windows from USB and then purchasing a key and activating it that way?
