I hate being Banned from ROBLOX

I play alot of roblox in my spare time and i get banned alot for hacking. I wanna really make more accounts but im too lazy to make new gmails all the time and verify accounts. I really dont wanna get banned for hacking and i wanna hack and not get banned so how do i do it?
