As offensive, if you have his IP/user from which he logged/Mumble server stats you can ask the server head for this private information and tell him the situation (mostly cases he won't provide such type of info but you can try) and get detailed analysis of that IP which is good and you can punish him somehow.
As precaution, what you can do to protect yourself:
-Place a fraud alert on your credit reports. (if includes CC/accounts leak) -Sign up for a credit monitoring service. (depend if offered at your place) -Contact your local police department. (might get some help in future if something happens)
