What is your view on the cheaters?

There're different kinds of cheaters for me:

the troller, so you just cheat to make someone else shame on you (it can be funny when you're on a vocal server with the cheater so I can understand, but it's boring for the others)

or the one that just wanna be the best player acting like if he wasn't cheating, which I don't really like
