What do you do when steam is down and/or your internet is down

Without internet I feel like I have nothing lol. I don't get good cell phone reception at my house so when it does go out, my data can't even back me up. I feel like downloading some movies incase the internet goes down cause that's one thing that'll keep me occupied.
