Ignoring them is usually the best thing to do. Fucking with them can be funny, but most of the times it will just make them more toxic.

No matter what others do, you just have to keep a positive attitude and remember you are playing to have fun. As soon as it's no longer fun you have to question yourself as to why you still play.
