What do you do when steam is down and/or your internet is down

When internet is out usually for me power is out too making it for a bit of a boring predicament, but I try to keep my phone charged at all times, so can read some ebooks or play some offline games if need be. Otherwise do some sketching/drawing or drafting photoshop projects in my mind for when I get everything up and running again. And if all else fails go outside and play with dogs.
