I agree with the post above. You definitely have to consider paying for all of those. Also, It depends on which apartment you'll be living in. Some landowners pay for the utility bills, so I would try to find some apartment with that deal. It'll save you money.

Also, work as much as possible and start saving up right now. IT'll really help you.
