Best Support?

Soraka, walking healing tank with annoying as hell aoe silence. If she builds 40% cdr and have lvl 5 healing then you almost never can kill anyone near her. I like to play as Soraka but hate facing her. -.-

Q - Gives regeneration when hits enemy and can be passed to your ally.
W - Healing.
E - Annoying aoe silence.
R - Global healing.
