The Walking Dead S06E03 (spoiler thread. do not read if you haven't watched)

Yeah.. it's not confirmed. The zombies COULD be eating the other guy's body that he was with. Maybe Glenn landed underneath him, and the camera angle they filmed it at leads me to believe that Glenn was staring at the zombies eating that other guy's guts.
