Description
This addon adds a player-driven firearms license system. Players can be made instructors by admins through the admin management. The instructors can provide roleplayed practical tests or the automatic test can be setup for admins and used. There are two type of licenses, Carry and Sell licenses. These can be obtained from instructors or permitted by jobs set in the config through a firearms license application.
Features
  • Practical firearms test (Setup targets and finish each stage under the limited time and with limited ammo, includes a tool to easily setup tests for each license)
  • License SWEP (Viewable on both screen and in world by others)
  • Theory tests (Setup unique questions and time limit for each)
  • Firearms Instructors (Used for roleplaying, they can grant licenses)
  • Firearms Licenses Application system - Write and send one in to let it be examined and approve/disapproved by set job in the config (Application are sent through a NPC, and are viewed through chatcommand set in config)
  • Restriction system - Can be set to notify that the weapons require a license or to disable pickup without license
  • Whitelist system for weapons - Set weapons to be allowed on specific or all jobs without a carry license (Only if restriction system is active)
  • Admin and instructor management menu
  • Easily add more licenses and add theory and practical tests
  • Translation system, currently supports English and French

Setup
Extract the folder "firearmslicensesystem" to your addons folder
Watch the setup video linked in the media section.
Spawn and set out the theory test computers and run the command "fasavetheorytest" in order to save them
Spawn and set out the NPCs and run the command "fasavenpcs" in order to save them
