I'm a libertarian and thus I don't really care how people live their lives. I will say so, that I do think there's some... issues with it?

For example, using a popular topic in today's politics, transgender people and bathrooms. I personally don't think there's going to be an flux of people (@men) that will pretend to go into bathrooms and try and take a peek at people's genitalia (privacy protectors also contribute to protecting people's privacy (as the name may hint towards)), but I think in the legal matter of things, there can be arising problems that go along with it. Here, I don't know if this can be an example of my point, as I have no clue what the life of a transgender person is like, but using the people that claim that they were "born in the wrong generation." This is inherently a Generation Z trait whom are all under the drinking age in the United States. If they wanted to go into a club, and they believe that they were "born into the wrong generation" and a huge progressive moment occurred regarding what people think that they are were to arise, wouldn't that club be essentially mandated to let that minor into a 21+ club?

Included in this are gender fluid people and I know that they and transgender people are different, but do you see where the potential for a legal catastrophe can come in? I believe that sex should be a legal matter but gender should be a personal preference.
